Dr Andreas Vath has many years of experience as a transaction advisor and extensive expertise in the areas of M&A and private equity. He has broad industry knowledge and advises financial investors, private-equity companies, strategic investors, corporate clients and family offices on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Dr Andreas Vath was admitted to the German Bar in 2005, after studying law and doing his doctorate at Freie Universität Berlin (Germany). He worked in senior positions in leading US law firms and co-headed the Private Equity/Family Offices practice of a boutique law firm. In addition to working as a lawyer, he is a visiting lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, where he teaches on the Master of Mergers and Acquisitions programme.
