Valentin Hubert advises listed and unlisted companies on all aspects of stock corporation and capital market law and supports them in M&A and capital market transactions. His advice covers the entire spectrum of stock corporation, group and capital market law.
Valentin Hubert studied law at the University of Münster from 2011 to 2017. During his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster, he worked at a commercial law firm. From 2020 to 2024, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law of Prof. Dr. Patrick C. Leyens, LL.M. (London) at the University of Bremen, where he focused on stock corporation law. In this context, he contributed to the 42nd edition of the commentary on the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch) edited by Klaus J. Hopt, which was published in 2023.
He joined Luther's Hamburg office in 2024.
