Anton Spinty advises domestic and foreign companies on all aspects of corporate law, in particular on the incorporation of companies, transactions and litigation. 

Corporate/M&A

After completing his law studies in Münster (Germany) with a focus on information law, Anton Spinty worked as a research assistant at the Institute for International Business Law at the University of Münster and as a company data protection officer. He carried out his legal training in Berlin (Germany) and Hanoi (Vietnam).  Anton Spinty was admitted to the bar in 2018 and has worked for Luther since then.
