Dr Amos Münch

Dr Amos Münch provides his services to German and international clients, advising companies and the members of their boards or other bodies on economically complicated issues, including cross-border issues. He advises in and out of court on matters relating to commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions, white-collar criminal law and compliance.

Corporate/M&A

Dr Amos Münch studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and at the University of Milan (Italy). He then wrote his doctoral thesis at Goethe University in Frankfurt on the topic of “Collective liability under white-collar criminal law”, comparing the relevant penalty systems of Germany, Great Britain and Italy. Amos Münch carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, which included working for, inter alia, a large British law firm in the area of white-collar criminal law and for Luther in Shanghai (China) in the area of corporate law. Amos Münch was admitted to the German Bar in 2017 and joined Luther’s office in Hamburg (Germany) the same year.
