Alexander Masson advises medium-sized companies, international groups and public-sector companies on all business-related matters pertaining to corporate law, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and restructurings in a national or international context, including measures under company transformation law.

After finishing school, which included spending a year at a US high school, Alexander Masson completed the Bachelor’s degree programme “Company Lawyer” at the University of Mannheim (Germany) from 2010 to 2013, following which he studied law until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany), which inter alia included training periods at an international law firm in Dusseldorf (Germany) and at Luther’s Essen office (Germany). Alexander Masson joined the Corporate/M&A practice of Luther’s Essen office as a lawyer in 2019.
