Alexander Masson primarily advises companies on all business-related matters pertaining to corporate law, especially in connection with M&A transactions and restructurings. He further advises clients on all on-going matters related to commercial and contract law and supports the civil-law notaries working at Luther in the performance of their notarial duties.
Alexander Masson was born in 1991. After finishing school, which included a year at a US high school, he completed an integrated programme in law at the University of Mannheim (Germany) from 2010 to 2013 to obtain a Bachelor’s degree, following which he studied law until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Alexander Masson carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany). This training included working for an international law firm in Düsseldorf (Germany) and for Luther’s Essen office (Germany), amongst others. Alexander Masson joined the Corporate/M&A practice of Luther’s Essen office as a lawyer in 2019.
