Alina Kühn

Alina Kühn primarily advises companies on all business-related matters pertaining to corporate law, in particular in connection with mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. She further advises clients on all on-going matters related to commercial and contract law and supports the civil-law notaries working at Luther in the performance of their notarial duties.

Corporate/M&A

Alina Kühn studied law at Ruhr University in Bochum (Germany). After passing her first state law exam, she worked as a research assistant at Luther. Alina Kühn carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany) from 2021 to 2023. As part of that training, she inter alia worked at Luther and in a law firm in Sydney (Australia). Alina Kühn joined Luther as a lawyer in May 2023.
