Julian Pöhler specialises in private building and architectural law. 

He primarily advises project developers and industrial companies comprehensively on all development stages of a property, from the drafting and negotiation of complex building and architect’s contracts and the provision of legal advice during construction, in particular in connection with subsequent changes and additions to contracts and delays in construction, all the way through to dispute resolution, in and out of court, including independent procedures for the taking of evidence. 

Julian Pöhler further specialises in advising clients on the purchase, sale, leasing and letting of real property, as well as on matters related to estate agents law and the law governing neighbours’ rights and obligations.

Vita

Julian Pöhler studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg (Germany) and was admitted to the German Bar in 2016. 

Julian Pöhler has successfully completed the training course in building and architectural law designed for lawyers as a step towards becoming a certified specialist in building and architectural law.
