Katharina Foede

Katharina Foede advises customers and contractors on matters pertaining to private building law. She specialises in claim and anti-claim management and the associated enforcement of claims, as well as in advising on the negotiation and implementation of contracts during construction projects.

Real Estate

Katharina Foede studied law in Dusseldorf (Germany), additionally completing an ancillary course of studies in Anglo-American Law. As part of her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany), she also worked in an international business law firm and for the European Commission, amongst others. Katharina Foede was admitted to the German Bar in 2023.
