This involves advising on all areas related to building contract and leases (private and commercial) and includes drafting notarial deeds and executing projects. In particular, he advises on property development projects and the division of existing properties.
After studying law in Berlin and Münster, Germany, and working as a research assistant at the University in Berlin, Dr Manuel Heide worked as a lawyer for a medium-sized law firm that specialised in advising companies in the housing industry. Dr Heide was appointed as a notary in 1994. He joined Luther’s predecessor firm in 1996.
