Carla Witte advises on all aspects of building and architectural law. She focuses on providing holistic, needs-based and solution-oriented project advice and assistance. Carla Witte takes a Legal Design-approach to drafting contracts, combining legal precision with high practical relevance and clear language. Having worked in the construction industry for several years, she has a strong technical understanding and is familiar with complex project structures and processes. Carla Witte also has a wealth of practical experience providing insurance law advice in construction projects.
Carla Witte studied law in Osnabrück (Germany) and, in 2016, successfully completed her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg (Germany), following which she initially worked as an in-house lawyer in the construction industry before moving into legal consulting in 2021. Carla Witte has been working at Luther since 2025 as a member of the Dusseldorf and Essen offices. In addition, she has been a visiting lecturer on partnership-based project implementation at the University of Wuppertal (Germany) since 2022.
