Areas of practice

Lars Bollensen specialises in private building, architectural and real estate law. He advises real estate project developers, industrial companies, institutional builders, family offices, hospitals and the public sector, amongst others, on all aspects of real estate and building law. Further focus areas include the construction of plants for industrial companies, as well as advising on complex building construction and infrastructure projects, residential district developments and the development of business parks. Lars Bollensen also advises on matters pertaining to energy law, with a particular emphasis on energy from renewable sources. He is a nationally recognised expert when it comes to implementing complex building projects, advising from the initial planning stage all the way through to the finishing touches to the buildings. In addition, he has many years of experience representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.

Lars Bollensen studied law in Göttingen (Germany) and was admitted to the German Bar in 1998. He is a certified specialist in building and architectural law and worked as an in-house lawyer in an energy supply company in the past. Prior to joining Luther, Lars Bollensen worked as a real estate lawyer in various commercial law firms in Hamburg (Germany).
