Lisa Niesen

Lisa Niesen primarily advises on matters relating to real estate law. In addition to providing advice during construction and during projects, she also drafts contracts. Furthermore, she acts as an advisor within the context of real estate transactions. The focus of her work is on commercial tenancy law and on private building and architectural law.

Real Estate

Lisa Niesen studied law at the University of Münster (Germany) from 2008 to 2013, focusing on business law. She carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Essen (Germany) from 2014 to 2016. After working for about three years as a real estate lawyer in a large international law firm, Lisa Niesen joined Luther’s Essen office at the beginning of 2020.
