Vita

Max H. Becker studied law at Philipps University in Marburg. From 2016 to 2019, he completed an additional qualification in private construction law under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Voit. Following his studies, he completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. During his legal training, he worked at a law firm in Bremen specialising in real estate and construction law.

After being admitted to the bar in 2022 and subsequently working at a law firm specialising in construction law in Münster, Max H. Becker joined Luther in Essen as a solicitor. In 2025, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in real estate law from the University of Münster.

  • Provided comprehensive legal advice to university hospitals on all relevant questions of law (for example, architectural and building law) during the implementation of various large construction projects and also provided comprehensive legal project management services, in particular with regard to disruptions in the construction process
  • Advised an airport operator on matters pertaining to building and architectural law during the implementation of various construction and other projects, in particular in connection with the handling of contracts and when defending or enforcing claims for supplementary payments or claims for compensation
