Max H. Becker specialises in real estate, building and architectural law. He concentrates his practice on private building law, with a particular focus on advising during construction and other projects. In addition to drafting contracts, his advisory services also include enforcing and defending variations, particularly in cases where there has been a delay in construction due to impediments.
Max H. Becker studied law at the University of Marburg (Germany). From 2016 to 2019, he successfully pursued an additional qualification in private building law under the guidance of Prof. Dr Voit. After graduating from university, he carried out his legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt a.M. (Germany). Part of this training involved working for a Bremen (Germany) based law firm that specialised in real estate and building law.
Max H. Becker was admitted to the German Bar in 2022, following which he initially worked for a Münster (Germany) based law firm that specialised in building law before joining Luther’s Essen office as a lawyer. Since 2023, he has been studying towards a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in real estate law at the University of Münster.
