Max H. Becker specialises in real estate law as well as construction and architectural law. The focus of his work is on advising private and public builders, construction companies and planning offices on private construction law, and in particular includes ongoing legal support during the planning and construction phases. In addition to drafting and negotiating contracts, his specific advisory activities focus on enforcing and defending addenda, particularly in the event of construction delays.
Max H. Becker studied law at Philipps University in Marburg. From 2016 to 2019, he completed an additional qualification in private construction law under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Voit. Following his studies, he completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. During his legal training, he worked at a law firm in Bremen specialising in real estate and construction law.
After being admitted to the bar in 2022 and subsequently working at a law firm specialising in construction law in Münster, Max H. Becker joined Luther in Essen as a solicitor. In 2025, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in real estate law from the University of Münster.
