Darja Amelcenko advises private companies and contracting authorities on matters pertaining to private building and public procurement law. She further advises on digital topics in the field of public procurement law, in particular with regard to the implementation of contract award procedures.
Darja Amelcenko studied law at the University of Potsdam (Germany). After passing her first state law exam, she went on to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in business law from HTW Berlin (Germany), a university of applied sciences. Darja Amelcenko carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, completing training periods in the digital infrastructure and data law department of the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and in the public procurement law department of a corporate law firm in Berlin and at the Berlin Public Procurement Tribunal (Vergabekammer), amongst others. From 2018 to 2021, she worked as a research assistant in the public procurement law department of a corporate law firm operating throughout Germany, where she was responsible for digital issues. Darja Amelcenko joined Luther in 2021.
