Elena Recklin primarily advises national and international companies and their executive boards and other bodies on all matters pertaining to stock corporation and capital markets law. She assists with public takeovers, capital increases, squeeze-outs, general meetings and bond issues. She further advises banks and issuers comprehensively on capital market and derivatives transactions (certificated and OTC derivatives), including any related regulatory issues.
Elena Recklin studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt on Main (Germany) until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, she carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Frankfurt; this included working for a banking law senate of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt. After passing her second law exam, Elena Recklin worked for a large, renowned German law firm in Frankfurt before joining Luther as a lawyer in 2018.
