Clemens advises primarily European companies in investment projects in the Asia/Pacific region with a particular focus on Singapore. His advisory services especially comprise Mergers & Acquisitions and expertise in general corporate- and contract law.
Clemens Leitner studied law at the University of Graz and completed his Master´s degree in International Banking and Finance at the University College London (UCL). Subsequently, he worked for various years international law firms in Vienna, with a Secondment in Bucharest. He joined Luther in 2017.
In 2020, Clemens Leitner passed the “Foreign Practitioner Examination” which generally entitles him to practice Singapore law in the Permitted Areas of Law, such as Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities Law.
In 2024, Clemens Leitner further qualified as Solicitor in England & Wales.
Clemens Leitner is registered as Attorney-at-Law (Rechtsanwalt) with the Vienna Bar Association, as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer in Singapore and as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
