Marco-Marcel Niebuhr primarily advises on tax law issues, with a special emphasis on the tax aspects of transactions, asset restructurings and property successions.

Marco-Marcel Niebuhr successfully completed his higher intermediate civil service training with the fiscal authorities of the German state of Lower Saxony in 2012, following which he worked there for several years. In 2017, he passed his first state law exam and then went on to carry out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), passing his second state law exam in 2019. Before joining Luther in 2021, Marco-Marcel Niebuhr worked in the tax law department of a large audit firm.
