Jakob Gauly provides public procurement law advice to private companies and contracting authorities when planning and carrying out national and Europe-wide procurement procedures. He further advises private companies and contracting authorities on matters pertaining to public law, as well as on private building law.

Jakob Gauly studied law with an emphasis on German, European and international public law in Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany). As part of his legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf (Germany), he  already worked at a large international law firm in public business and public procurement law. Jakob Gauly joined Luther as a lawyer in August 2023.
