Charlotte Jodocy advises private-sector companies and public contracting authorities on the planning and implementation of national and EU-wide procurement procedures.
In addition to advising on large construction projects and on the award of planning, supply and service contracts at national and EU level, Charlotte Jodocy also assists with subsidised projects that fall within the scope of public procurement law in connection with public funding. Her services in this area include the structuring, implementation and documentation of the procedures. Furthermore, Charlotte Jodocy also advises bidders, helping them enforce their right to legally correct procedures in review proceedings. In urban development projects, she advises her clients on investor selection procedures, among other things.
Charlotte Jodocy further specialises in advising on the federal and state freedom of information acts. She examines rights to information and reasons for refusal and also has experience dealing with third-party intervention scenarios.
Charlotte Jodocy studied law and, in addition, also successfully completed a discipline-specific foreign language training course in English at the University of Münster (Germany). After passing her first state law exam, she worked as a research assistant in a medium-sized law firm in public procurement law. Part of Charlotte Jodocy’s legal training involved working at the Westphalian Public Procurement Tribunal in Münster.
