Paul Herter

Paul Herter advises on all matters pertaining to real estate law, as well as on dispute resolution, in and out of court, with a particular emphasis on commercial landlord and tenant law and real estate transactions.

Real Estate

Paul Herter studied law at the University of Regensburg (Germany) and already during his studies worked for an internationally active German corporate law firm in Stuttgart (Germany). He carried out his legal training at the Regional Court of Stuttgart (Germany) from 2017 to 2019. During this time he was already increasingly involved in real estate and construction law matters, including working as a research assistant for several months at an internationally active German corporate law firm in Stuttgart (Germany). Paul Herter started working as a lawyer for Luther in 2020.
