Martin Zackor advises domestic and foreign clients on commercial and corporate law issues, in particular on mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with their legal project management and provides support with regard to Legal Tech solutions.

Tax Law

Martin Zackor studied law at the University of Trier (Germany) and then went on to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of California, Davis (USA). He has successfully completed the training courses in tax law and in commercial and corporate law designed for lawyers as a step towards becoming certified specialists in the respective field of law.

Martin Zackor worked as a lawyer in big law firms and large banks in Frankfurt (Germany) before joining Luther in 2018.
