Linda Krziwon
Areas of practice
Linda Krziwon is an associate in our Berlin office. She focuses on product compliance and product liability, particularly at the interface between quality management and legal affairs.
She advises companies in the manufacturing industry and trade, in particular on all regulatory issues relating to the development, approval, manufacture, distribution and disposal of products. She has a particular focus on the medtech and pharmaceutical sectors, where she primarily advises on regulatory affairs and quality management (including certification and surveillance audits and post-market surveillance).
Vita
Linda Krziwon studied law in Münster and Potsdam.
During her legal clerkship at the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court, she worked for the Federal Ministry of Economics, ARQIS and Bayer AG, among others.
Linda Krziwon has several years of experience as a quality management consultant in a medtech company and has been active in manufacturers' associations.
