Paula Dresler advises credit institutions comprehensively on matters relating to banking contracts, in particular in the areas of consumer credit, payment transaction and capital investment law. She further specialises in representing credit institutions in court when dealing with complex legal issues in the aforesaid areas of law.

Paula Dresler studied law at Ruprecht Karl University in Heidelberg (Germany) from 2015. After graduating from university, she carried out her legal training in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. Prior to joining Luther in 2023, she worked in a large international law firm.
