Niccolo Langenheim, LL.M.

Niccolo Langenheim mainly advises clients on matters relating to IT and data protection law. His legal practice focuses on reviewing and drafting IT contracts, including licence and IT project agreements.

His services further include advising on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation in national and international companies.

Niccolo Langenheim studied law at the University of Bonn (Germany). He then carried out his legal training in Cologne (Germany), which inter alia included training periods in a leading international corporate law firm and at GIZ in Peking (China). After passing his second state law exam, Niccolo Langenheim initially worked as a research assistant to Luther’s IP/IT team and then went to South Africa to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Cape Town. Niccolo Langenheim joined Luther’s Cologne office as a lawyer in September 2021 and is a member of the IP/IT team.
