Anja Schwarz primarily advises national and international clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a particular focus on trademark, patent and competition law issues.

Anja Schwarz studied law in Passau (Germany), Tours (France) and Bonn (Germany) and then went on to complete post-graduate studies, receiving her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of London (England). After working for just under eight years in a large international law firm in Dusseldorf (Germany) and for almost four years at Luther LLP in Singapore, Anja Schwarz moved to Luther’s Cologne office in September 2022, where she is a member of the IP team.
