Anna-Laura Martens studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany). As part of her legal training, she worked at the public broadcaster Norddeutscher Rundfunk and in the IP department of an international commercial law firm, amongst others. Before joining Luther, Anna-Laura Martens worked as Corporate Legal Counsel in the legal department of a Japanese medical technology group, providing inter alia IT law advice.

• Advised on the software licence agreements of a leading company in innovative traffic management solutions

• Advised venture capital companies and strategic investors on due diligence processes carried out in connection with investing in start-ups
