Florian Plambeck advises listed and non-listed companies on matters pertaining to stock corporation and capital markets law. His practice further includes providing advice and assistance on corporate transactions and restructuring processes, as well as advising on commercial and corporate law issues.

Florian Plambeck studied law with an emphasis on business law at the University of Kiel (Germany). During his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein (Germany), he worked for a Kiel-based commercial law firm, dealing with commercial and corporate/M&A matters, and for the Ministry of Justice of the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, among others. Florian Plambeck joined Luther in 2024.
