Erik von Kügelgen

Erik von Kügelgen advises German, European and international clients on asset management issues, as well as on investment and insurance regulatory law. He advises both fund providers and investors with regard to regulated and non-regulated domestic and foreign investment funds and other investment products. Erik von Kügelgen further specialises in providing regulatory advice on banking and investment services requiring authorisation.

Erik von Kügelgen studied law at the University of Münster (Germany), with an emphasis on business law, including aspects of financial and capital markets law. Whilst at university and during his legal training, he worked for law firms in London (England) and Hamburg and Munich (Germany) and also for the German Bundestag (Finance Committee). Erik von Kügelgen joined Luther in 2018.
