Tobias Schneider advises clients in particular on intellectual property matters and on unfair competition law. A special focus lies on patent litigation and advice on marketing activities in the automotive sector. Tobias also advises on press and freedom of expression law.

Vita

Tobias studied law at the University of Cologne. Following his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant for a business law firm in Cologne. Tobias spent his legal traineeship – inter alia – at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. and at international business law firms in Cologne and Barcelona. After his second state examination, he worked for the City of Cologne from November 2019 to October 2021 before he joined Luther.
