Tobias Schneider

Tobias Schneider primarily advises on matters pertaining to competition and trademark law, on all other aspects of intellectual property law, as well as on press and freedom-of-expression law.

Tobias Schneider studied law at the University of Cologne. Following his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant for a business law firm in Cologne. Tobias Schneider spent his legal traineeship – inter alia – at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. and at international business law firms in Cologne and Barcelona. After his second state examination, he worked for the City of Cologne from November 2019 to October 2021.
