Christina Göbel advises national and international clients in the areas of contract, commercial and distribution law and represents them in both extrajudicial and judicial disputes. Her advice includes, in particular, the review, negotiation and drafting of commercial and distribution agreements, general terms and conditions, commercial leases, service, work and purchase agreements, as well as the enforcement of the resulting rights. She has more than seven years of professional experience as a litigator.
Christina Göbel also advises clients on dealing with legal challenges in insolvency-related situations, both in and out of court, so that her area of practice also covers the relevant aspects of company law. Christina Göbel mainly advises medium-sized and large companies as well as the public sector.
Christina Göbel studied law at the University of Hamburg and then completed her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle. She was admitted to the bar in 2018. Before joining Luther, she worked for almost two years for a large international law firm in the areas of commercial, trade and litigation.
