Christina Göbel advises national and international clients on matters pertaining to contract, commercial and distribution law and also represents her clients in judicial and extra-judicial disputes.
Her advisory services include, without limitation, reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial and distribution agreements, general terms and conditions, commercial leases, service agreements, contracts for work and services and purchase agreements, as well as enforcing all rights arising from such agreements. Christina Göbel has more than four years’ experience acting as a litigator. Christina Göbel further advises clients on how to deal with legal challenges in near-insolvency situations, both in and out of court. Consequently, her area of practice also includes the relevant corporate law.
Christina Göbel primarily advises medium-sized and large companies and the public sector.
Christina Göbel studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany). She then carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), working for a renowned provider of law revision courses, amongst others, in the course of her training.
Christina Göbel was admitted to the German Bar in 2018.
Prior to joining Luther, she worked for two years at an international law firm in the areas of business law and litigation.
