Areas of practice

Anika Wendelstein advises and represents clients in complex commercial disputes before arbitral tribunals and state courts. She concentrates her practice on proceedings regarding managing directors’ and board members’ liability, on warranty for defects and product liability proceedings, on ESG disputes and on defending consumer claims. Anika Wendelstein further advises and represents companies in disputes arising from M&A deals and shareholder disputes. In addition, she specialises in providing extrajudicial strategic advice in conflict situations.

Anika Wendelstein studied law at the University of Tübingen (Germany) and also obtained her doctorate there. From 2015 to 2024, she worked in an international law firm in litigation and arbitration. In 2022, she completed an international secondment in the EMEA legal department of a US electric vehicle manufacturer.
