RESCON strengthens its shareholder base with HBL and Tequity – thanks to Luther's expertise

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH acted on behalf of the shareholders of RESCON Resistant-Concrete GmbH and Rescon SEAL GmbH (together RESCON) to implement the entry of an investor group led by HBL and Tequity. The Luther M&A team led by Dr. Ulrich Philippi and Dr. Marilen Hilbert provided comprehensive support to the sellers in the transaction – in addition to contract negotiations, Luther assisted in structuring and providing legal support for the entire transaction process.

About Rescon:

Founded in 1999, RESCON is active in the construction industry and solves the problem of water penetration from outside and the resulting waterproofing measures. In addition, the company plans and implements waterproofing measures for new buildings made of reinforced concrete components using a fresh concrete composite system. Another important area of activity is building renovation. Around 60 employees work at the company's locations in Berlin and Glinde (near Hamburg). RESCON works for its customers, who are mainly large, supra-regional construction companies and project developers, in both residential and commercial construction. The company also carries out projects in the field of water and wastewater technology.
