Fabienne Scharfe mainly advises her clients on issues pertaining to corporate law, on national and international transactions (including M&A) as well as on general contract law.  Another focus of her work is national and international litigation and arbitration.

Fabienne Scharfe studied law at the Universities of Hamburg, Germany; Leuven, Belgium; and Tulane University, Louisiana, USA. After being admitted to the German Bar in 2005, she worked for a business law firm with an international focus. Fabienne Scharfe joined Luther in 2011.
