Daniel Latta specialises in bank contract law. He advises financial sector companies on all matters pertaining to bank contract law, in particular in the areas of consumer credit, payment transaction and capital investment law. Over the years, Daniel Latta has also gained a wealth of experience as a lead trial lawyer in state courts, in individual proceedings as well as in mass and collective proceedings. In addition, Daniel Latta also concentrates his practice on complex financial and corporate disputes, such as post M&A disputes, damages claims against managing directors and board members and shareholder disputes. He represents his domestic and international clients both in state courts ad before arbitral tribunals.
