Maike Böttcher provides comprehensive advice on commercial and distribution law, as well as on out-of-court and litigation-based dispute resolution. A key focus of her work lies in the drafting and review of contracts – including in international contexts. The drafting and negotiation of contracts across the entire value and distribution chain is always carried out with a view to the clients’ commercial objectives, the targeted mitigation of liability risks and practical implementation.
A particular focus is on product law, both in its traditional form and in the digital context. This encompasses, in particular, issues relating to product liability, product safety, product compliance and regulatory requirements throughout the value chain.
Maike Böttcher studied law at Georg August University in Göttingen (Germany), following which she carried out her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany). Maike Böttcher was admitted to the German Bar in 2023 and has since been working in Luther’s Hanover office.
