Christiane Kühn has many years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution relating to warranty, guarantee and liability claims, as well as in securing and enforcing assets in the event of a business partner’s financial crisis and/or insolvency. This includes for example her work in advising creditors or the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement of third-party securities such as guarantees or letters of comfort.
She also has many years’ experience in negotiating complex contracts (e.g. plant construction or supply contracts, cooperation agreements) in the national and international distribution or procurement of investment goods.
Her clients include globally operating companies in the plant and mechanical engineering sectors, industrial firms and project developers in the solar industry.
The combination of her specialist areas of law and her industry experience enables her to always view her clients’ business relationships with a particular focus on securing and enforcing their commercial interests, and to advise them accordingly.
Christiane Kühn has been with Luther since she was admitted to the bar in 2011. She studied in Cologne and Hong Kong, specialising in international commercial law.
