Christiane Kühn advises her clients comprehensively on international commercial law, in particular on distribution law issues. Another focus of her work is international insolvency law, where she mainly advises creditors. The combination of both areas of law enables her to always consider her clients' commercial relationships with a particular focus on securing and enforcing their claims and to advise them accordingly.
Her clients primarily include globally active plant and mechanical engineering companies, in particular special-purpose machine manufacturers and large industrial companies.
Christiane Kühn also has many years of litigation experience, particularly in connection with warranty, guarantee and liability claims, including all types of insolvency-related claims – especially in cross-border disputes.
She regularly publishes on current topics in the above-mentioned areas, in particular on insolvency contestation law. Christiane Kühn also regularly organises workshops, e.g. a workshop for creditors.
Seit ihrer Zulassung als Rechtsanwältin im Jahr 2011 ist Christiane Kühn bei Luther beschäftigt. Sie studierte in Köln und in Hong Kong, mit Schwerpunkt im internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht.
