Christiane Kühn offers consulting services in international commercial law, in particular on issues of distribution law. Another focus of her work is international insolvency law, where she mainly advises creditors. She also has many years of litigation experience and regularly publishes on current topics from the above-mentioned areas, in particular on insolvency avoidance law.
Her clients include companies in the plant and mechanical engineering sector (e.g. from the packaging industry) as well as energy companies, e.g. when it comes to questions concerning the purchase and sale of photovoltaic systems.
Christiane Kühn is an accredited and tested Incoterms® 2020 trainer, certificate number DE/2019-0105. She holds workshops on this topic and also offers a workshop for creditors.
Christiane Kuehn has been employed by Luther since her admission to the bar in 2011. She studied in Cologne and Hong Kong with a focus on International Commercial Law. Ms. Kühn is a member of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Vertriebsrecht e.V. (Distribution Law Society).
