Dominique Kurtz advises clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions, in particular in the areas of venture capital and private equity. She further advises on all ongoing corporate law matters, including the formation and dissolution of companies, mergers, restructuring transactions and general corporate governance issues.

Dominique Kurtz studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). She then carried out her legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main from 2018 to 2020, completing training periods in various international commercial law firms, including Luther.

Before moving (back) to Luther, Dominique Kurtz worked as a lawyer in another large international commercial law firm.
