Dominique Kurtz advises national and international clients – in particular venture capital and private equity funds – on the structuring and implementation of investment and financing projects, with a focus on Venture Capital and Private Equity. She accompanies founder teams in all start-up phases – from the choice of the appropriate corporate structure to the contractual design of financing rounds and employee participation models, until a successful exit.
In addition, Dominique Kurtz advises companies, investors and entrepreneurs on classic M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and all ongoing corporate law issues.
Dominique Kurtz studied law at the Johann Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She then carried out her legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main from 2018 to 2020, including several stages at various international commercial law firms, including Luther.
Before (re-)joining Luther, Dominique Kurtz worked as a lawyer specializing in private equity at another large international commercial law firm.
She is a lecturer at the “StartMiUp Network” of the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen (JLU), the Philipps-University Marburg (UMR) and the Technical University Mittelhessen (THM) under the umbrella of the Mittelhessen Research Campus (FCMH)
