Felix Imelmann

Felix Imelmann advises companies on all matters pertaining to business law, in particular on the purchase and sale of companies, including carrying out due diligence reviews, performing structuring work and drafting agreements on the sale and purchase of companies. Furthermore, he advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, as well as on commercial and contract law issues.

Felix Imelmann studied law at the Universities of Freiburg (Germany) and Bergen (Norway), following which he carried out his legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Dresden (Germany). Felix Imelmann joined Luther’s Leipzig office in 2023.
