Jacqueline Dutz advises clients on international and national mergers and acquisitions and on all matters pertaining to business law. She concentrates her practice on advising on the sale and acquisition of companies, including carrying out due diligence reviews, and on assisting with the formation of companies and reorganisations, both at company and at group level. In addition, Jacqueline Dutz also advises shareholders, management boards, managing directors, supervisory and advisory boards and their members on all matters related to commercial and corporate law.
Her clients include medium-sized companies, international groups of companies and strategic investors in various industries, as well as private equity firms and entrepreneurs in business succession contexts.
Her services further include providing legal advice in the area of renewables, in particular in the wind energy industry, with a special focus on corporate structures and participation in projects.
Jacqueline Dutz studied law at the University of Potsdam (Germany) and, in addition, earned an LL.B. degree with a business focus. She carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany); part of it also involved working in New York City (USA).
After completing her legal training, Jacqueline Dutz worked as a lawyer in an internationally operating law firm in Munich (Germany), where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy, and business and corporate law.
Jacqueline Dutz joined Luther as a lawyer in 2024.
