Nadine Schreiber, M.A.

Nadine Schreiber primarily provides corporate law advice to the public sector and public sector companies. She focuses on providing structural advice with regard to the provision of services of general interest by the public sector, the development and implementation of corporate concepts and the economic optimisation of investment companies of the public sector. In addition, she advises on transactions involving plants that produce renewable energy.

Corporate/M&A

Nadine Schreiber studied law and European legal linguistics in Cologne (Germany), passing her first state law exam in 2018. In addition, she obtained a B.A. and an M.A. in European legal linguistics. In May 2021, Nadine Schreiber successfully completed her legal training, which had inter alia included working for an international corporate law firm in Cologne and a Cologne-based, Germany-wide operating energy service company. Nadine Schreiber joined Luther as a lawyer in September 2021.
