Marie Pauline Fay

Marie Fay advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, in particular in the areas of venture capital and private equity. She further advises on all ongoing matters pertaining to corporate law, including the formation and dissolution of companies, mergers, restructurings and general corporate governance issues.

Corporate/M&A

Marie Fay studied law with an emphasis on corporate and tax law at the University of Passau (Germany). As part of her legal training in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), she worked at a commercial law firm in corporate law and M&A and at a large German air freight company in Frankfurt am Main. Marie Fay joined Luther as a lawyer in 2024.
