Philipp Glock structures and negotiates all forms of venture capital and private equity investments for national and international financial investors (venture capital and private equity funds, family offices and business angels).
He also supports start-ups and founders from inception to exit and advises national and international companies and entrepreneurial families in connection with traditional (M&A) transactions, intra-group restructuring, corporate governance issues, legal disputes and all ongoing corporate law matters.
Philipp Glock studied law at the Universities of Mannheim and Tübingen, specialising in corporate law, and completed additional business studies at the University of Mannheim. He was also a scholarship holder of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
He is a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in the M&A Master's programme and in the Venture Capital certificate programme, and a lecturer for the ‘StartMiUp Network’ at Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU), the Philipps University of Marburg (UMR) and the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM) under the umbrella of the Research Campus Central Hesse (FCMH).
Philipp Glock is a regular speaker at nationwide venture capital and private equity events, participates as an expert/juror in start-up competitions and is involved in various initiatives and networks in the venture capital and private equity scene.
