Felix Hielscher studied law at the Universities of Trier and Dusseldorf (both Germany) until 2018. As part of his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, he completed training periods in a Dusseldorf law firm that specialised in IT and IP law and in the 20^th Division for Civil Matters of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf.
