Marx Dauth primarily advises corporations and their boards and other bodies on corporate and group law and also represents them in and out of court.
He concentrates his practice on providing ongoing corporate law advice and assistance on management and supervisory board matters, in particular, corporate governance and compliance issues and corporate law disputes.
Marx Dauth has been advising a large number of clients in the energy and insurance sectors for many years.
Marx Dauth successfully completed the German-French multi-degree law programme offered by the Universities of Cologne (Germany) and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
After obtaining his Maîtrise en droit and LL.M. and passing the second German state law exam, he worked at the international law firm DLA Piper UK LLP from late 2014 to early 2024. Marx Dauth joined Luther as a Partner in 2024.
