Dr. Sven C. Stumm MJur (Oxon)

Dr Sven C. Stumm advises on corporate law issues and on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, representing companies, private equity and venture capital funds and other financial investors. In corporate law, his legal practice focuses on corporate actions, company transformations and other structural measures, amongst other things. He further advises companies and investors on matters pertaining to capital markets law and on corporate governance, compliance and liability issues.

Corporate/M&A

Dr Sven C. Stumm studied law at Saarland University in Germany (Dr. iur.) and at the University of Oxford in England (MJur) and additionally worked as a research assistant and lecturer at Saarland University. His legal training inter alia included training periods in the corporate/M&A departments of leading international commercial law firms.

After being admitted to the German Bar in 2017, Sven C. Stumm commenced his career as a lawyer in an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) before moving to Luther in 2021.
