Luther Guides Vivid Money's Acquisition of Joompay Europe S.A., Boosting Digital Finance Innovation
Luther is pleased to announce the successful advising of digital financial services provider and dubbed to become the next unicorn, Vivid Money, in the acquisition of electronic money institution and virtual asset service provider Joompay Europe S.A.
Luther provided strategic advice on all regulatory and corporate aspects requirements under Luxembourg. They notably liaised with the Luxembourg Financial Sector Regulator (CSSF) on obtaining the green light for the change of control.
With the transaction now complete and approved by the CSSF, Vivid Money has integrated the payment services of Joompay Europe S.A. into their existing portfolio, reinforcing their position and strengthening their commitment to excellent service delivery and innovation in the digital financial services sector.
