Alexander Bohusch berät vorwiegend multinationale Unternehmen, Investoren und internationale Organisationen in der Asien/Pazifik Region mit Fokus auf Singapur und Myanmar. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte liegen im internationalen Steuerrecht, Gesellschafts- und Arbeitsrecht.

Corporate/M&A

Alexander Bohusch studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. Nach längeren Aufenthalten in Singapur, den Philippinen und Malaysia ist Alexander Bohusch seit April 2010 bei Luther in Singapur beschäftigt. Seit November 2013 leitet er zudem den Standort Yangon, Myanmar.

Alexander Bohusch ist in Deutschland als Rechtsanwalt sowie in Singapur als „Foreign Lawyer“ und Steuerberater (Tax Practitioner (Income Tax)) beim Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals zugelassen.
