Bob Scharfe ist Partner und leitet im Luxemburger Büro von Luther den Bereich Banking, Finance and Capital Markets. Er berät Banken, multinationale Konzerne und Private Equity-Firmen zu den verschiedensten banken- und finanzrechtlichen Angelegenheiten, zu Fragen betreffend die Kapitalmärkte, strukturierte Finanzierung, Verbriefung und Insolvenzrecht sowie zur Strukturierung von Private Equity-Anlagen über Luxemburg. Bob Scharfe hat einen LL.M. in Internationalem Wirtschaftsrecht von der Universität Kingston upon Hull, einen Master-Abschluss in Privatrecht von der Robert Schuman-Universität in Straßburg sowie ein Zertifikat in Allgemeinem Management von der Graduate School of Business der Universität Stanford. Er ist seit 2008 in Luxemburg als Anwalt zugelassen. Vor seinem Wechsel zu Luther 2018 war er für eine internationale Anwaltskanzlei in Luxemburg im Bereich Banking, Finance and Capital Markets tätig.
