Leif Born advises companies on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law and litigation in court.
Leif Born studied law at Ruhr University in Bochum (Germany). After passing his first state law exam, he worked for Luther as a research assistant. From May 2019 to July 2021, he then carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany), completing training periods at Luther and at the Regional Labour Court of Hamm, amongst others. Leif Born joined Luther as an Associate in September 2021.
