Janina Ott advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law issues. Her legal practice focuses on the termination of employment relationships, the drafting of employment contracts and on matters pertaining to works constitution and collective bargaining law. In addition, she advises companies on all aspects of judicial and extra-judicial dispute resolution. This also includes representing her clients regularly before the labour courts.
Janina Ott studied law at the University of Augsburg (Germany) from 2014 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, she carried out her legal training at the Regional Court of Ulm (Germany), which inter alia included a training period in an international commercial law firm, where she dealt with civil law issues. In her second state law exam, Janina Ott placed a special emphasis on employment law. Janina Ott was admitted to the German Bar in October 2021 and has since been working in Luther’s Stuttgart office.
